These packages are for wedding ceremonies and/or receptions.

Wedding Packages

The Branch can seat 250 guests for indoor wedding receptions.

Package One — $4,200

This “best of the best” package has it all and includes the following options:

  • Ceremony site:

    • Inside: on the stage with tables pre-set up for reception or

    • Outside: 2 options to choose from (Requires Renter(s) to set up and break down entirety of ceremony after event’s conclusion.)

  • Reception site:

    • Inside

    • Outside (Requires Renter(s) to set up and break down entirety of reception 30 minutes after event’s conclusion.)

  • Bridal Suite:

    • Use of salon bar to get ready the morning of the big day. Have hair and makeup come to you!

    • Use of Suite to hold wedding party personal items until 30 minutes post conclusion of wedding reception.

  • 2 nights stay in Bridal Suite:

    • The night before wedding and the night of the wedding

    • **Must sign Bridal Suite Contract if using overnight accommodations

Additionally included:

  • 4 consultations with the owner

  • Access to venue:

    • Day before event: All day for setup (+ time included for ceremony rehearsal)

    • Day of event: 24 hours (reception music off by 11:00PM)

    • Day after event: cleanup and check out by 11:00AM

  • Residential Kitchen with various utensils, drink dispensers, chafing dishes, etc.

  • Tables

  • Chairs: Wooden and/or Metal Folding

  • Linens:

    • Black, Charcoal, or Ivory tablecloths

  • Access to hexagon arbor and backdrop features

  • Access to décor:

    • Owner setup

  • Use of bar coolers to store beverages

  • Use of popcorn machine:

    • **Must follow instructions of popcorn machine

Package Two — $3,700

This package has a lot of great options including the following:

  • Ceremony site:

    • Inside: on the stage with tables pre-set up for reception or

    • Outside: 2 options to choose from (Requires Renter(s) to set up and break down entirety of ceremony after event’s conclusion.)

  • Reception site:

    • Inside

    • Outside (Requires Renter(s) to set up and break down entirety of reception 30 minutes after event’s conclusion.)

Weekend Event Coordinator — $450

Everyone knows a wedding is a very special day and can be an overwhelming process! Most people forget how hectic the actual event’s weekend can be. That’s why we created this add-on package. Upon the owner’s availability, you can hire her to handle all aspects of the wedding weekend. Creating a timeline of events, directing the wedding party at event entry points (ceremony + reception), being the point of contact for vendors, photographers, etc. and much more! This package is guaranteed to keep the happy couple and wedding party focused on having fun and making memories.

Wedding Sub-Packages

Bridal Suite: 1 night stay — $200

Even though The Branch is located 10 minutes from the nearest hotels in Jefferson City, MO, sometimes it’s worth trading the hassle of traveling for something much closer — like the actual venue! The Branch has an adorable 2 bedroom bridal suite which also includes a living room, full bath, and residential kitchen. This is the perfect place for the bridal party or groomsmen to stay the night before the wedding or for the happy couple to stay at after celebrating their special day — or both! This add-on is for couples who would like to book Wedding Package Two (as Package One already includes the two nights stay!)

Rehearsal Dinner Space — $300/$150

Been thinking about where you should have your rehearsal dinner? Think no more! Space can be hard to find, but not at The Branch! This one-stop-shop venue can also host your rehearsal dinner the night before your wedding. Tables, chairs, linens, and simple décor pieces all set up by the owner will help ease your mind of having to find a space for your catered meal!

Sloane’s Party Place “Busy Bags” — $1/Bag

This is a great idea if you know you’ll be having littles join the fun at your reception! Upon request, the owners will put together “busy bags” for the number of kids at your event — named after their daughter, Sloane. Coloring pages with crayons, stickers, and a snack will at least be provided!


Vow Renewal Package

This package is meant for those special couples who have been married at least 5 years and are ready to renew the sacred vows they took with each other on their wedding day.

The Branch can seat 250 guests for vow renewal receptions.

Vow Renewal Ceremony + Reception Celebration — $1,800

Whether you’re celebrating 5 years or 50, a vow renewal is a beautiful way to honor the journey you’ve shared — and the future you’re still choosing together. Our vow renewal package is designed for couples who want an intimate, meaningful celebration, but also a chance to relive your reception by having fun and dancing the night away with your loved ones.

With Owner set up, the price is $2200


ALL packages are as is -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Only option is to add on sub-packages.

Decisions regarding package options will be pre-determined at consultations with owner prior to event.

ALL packages require Renter(s) to stack all venue decor on the bar, stack chairs along dance hall walls, and leave tablecloths on tables at conclusion of event.

ALL packages require Renter(s) to clean up food and liquid spills and dispose of all trash into the dumpster 30 minutes post conclusion of the event. This includes ALL trash inside and outside the venue and parking premises.


These packages are NOT for any type of wedding ceremony and/or reception.

Special Events

The Branch can seat 250 guests for special events.

SE Package One: 6-hour rental — $475

[This rental includes linens + décor + chairs + tables]

SE Package Two: 6 Hour rental without linens + décor — $375

$50 / hour for extra hours

The Branch is the perfect venue to rent for an assortment of special life events that we love to celebrate!
